I made this fully lined Metallic Gold Gown for my mom over two decades ago. This beautiful, gilded gold gown has never been worn and is eagerly waiting to be invited to a new spectacular event. Do not let the wonky camera angles and varying lighting from the photos fool you. This dress is a true metallic gold without any hues, variations or flaws. The bust darts provide feminine shaping. The half sleeves sit right underneath the elbow. It is cut on the bias but does not have a fish tail bodice. Rather, the hem falls all the way to the ground like the petals of a tulip turned upside down and she is dying to be worn with stiletto heels as every gown should be. There is a full back zipper and the gown's shape is perfect for someone with curvy hips and...lucrative assets!
